SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At SmokedSportsLLC, we strive to provide efficient order processing and delivery. Please review our detailed policies below:

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday–Thursday after 5 PM EST will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday–Sunday will begin processing the next business day (Monday).

Add 1 extra business day for processing during national holidays or weather delays.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

 You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement.

Processing and verification may take 1–3 business days.

Once fulfilled, a second email will include your tracking information.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package is returned to sender.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns for any products or services. All purchases are considered final sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

 Items must be in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

 Proof of purchase is required.

 Exchanges must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery by contacting Customer Care at SMOKED.SPORTS00@GMAIL.COM.

If Authorized:

 A prepaid shipping label will be provided only for errors caused by SmokeDSportsLLC

 Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details will be emailed after order fulfillment (1–3 business days after processing).
